Prime Products is becoming an AI-first company

A 12-month program, run by TPL, to put AI to work across all of Prime Products — bought one step at a time, each step priced only after the previous one has delivered. This site is the program's working dashboard — plans, questions and results are exchanged and tracked here.

The living picture beside this text is Prime Products' second brain — every dot a piece of knowledge about the company, every flash a new connection forming. It's what your AI assistants will read before they answer: your processes, your terms, your decisions. 93 notes already, before discovery has even begun — and when someone leaves the company, what they know stays.

The pilot at a glance — the cylinders order desk

AI starts in one department: the calibration-gas cylinders desk. One system under the whole order chain, a clear morning worklist — improvement proven in numbers before anything wider is decided.

The journey — and where we are

Prepare

TPL studied Prime Products and designed the complete 12-month program — plan, team, technology and a step-by-step pricing model. At no cost to Prime Products.

Now — your decision

Give the go-aheadyou are here

Review and approve the first step: an 8-week discovery of how Prime Products really works today. €59,075, fixed (15% program-launch discount applied). This is the only commitment on the table.

After month 12, TPL stays on for day-to-day care and continuous improvement — agreed separately, when we get there.

What the first step costs

€59,075 fixed · 8 weeks · proposed Sep–Oct 2026
  • 15% program-launch discount already applied. Computed effort value is €69,500 before the discount — full breakdown in the offer.
  • Fixed means fixed. If it takes TPL longer than planned, the overrun is TPL's cost — not yours.
  • Paid in two parts. 40% to start (€23,630); the remaining 60% (€35,445) only when you accept the results.
  • Benchmarked. Discovery of this breadth typically prices at €120k–€200k at the big consultancies.
  • No lock-in. If you stop after this step, everything delivered stays yours — and stays useful.

How the rest is priced

  • Step by step. The program has 11 steps. Each next step is priced and agreed only after the previous one has delivered — you never sign for the whole program at once.
  • Pause anytime. You may pause between steps without penalty; the plan is re-baselined when you resume.
  • Hardware at cost. Servers are bought on your behalf at cost, invoices open — TPL adds no margin on equipment.
  • Every step stands alone. Each one ends with results you keep and can use, whether or not the next step is commissioned.

What we need from you now

  1. Send the rest of the pilot working material. A first sample batch arrived (6 emails, 5 threads, 8–13 July) and was read in full — it maps out exactly how an order moves from customer to supplier to delivery, with two reliable ways to match a quote to its order. One catch: the mail system’s standard connector can’t read this content automatically, so a proper fix needs IT’s help. Still needed: the team-details email from Fotini, the introduction to Evangelia in IT (to sort out full mailbox access), and the remaining sample emails plus their matching SoftOne orders.  What the first sample batch showed →
  2. Review the first-step offer. Approving it is what starts the program. Fixed €59,075 (15% discount applied) — the full price breakdown is in the offer.  Read the offer →
  3. Skim how the program will be run. The project charter and the governance page: who decides what, and which meetings you attend (about 2 hours of your time per week during discovery).  Project charter →
  4. Confirm the start and the name. We are planning around a September 2026 start, and “Pharos” as the program name — both are proposals until you confirm them.
  5. Name your coordinator. One person from Prime Products as our day-to-day contact — about one day per week during discovery. Your IT lead should also confirm SoftOne access and HQ server-room readiness (needed later, before any equipment is ordered).

What the first 8 weeks deliver

  • A validated list of what each department needs — agreed with the people who actually do the work — not assumed from the outside.
  • Maps of your ~30 most important processes — how orders, tenders, provisioning and paperwork actually flow, with volumes and pain points.
  • A complete inventory of your systems and data — SoftOne, Microsoft 365, the e-shop, even the paper — everything the transformation will touch.
  • A report that says, in numbers, where AI pays off first — and which departments should pilot first. This becomes the base for every next step.

TPL's CEO, CTO and COO work on this stage personally, supported by a senior consultant and an analyst. Interviews and workshops happen in Greek; deliverables are written in English and appear on this site as they are produced.
