Decisions (ADRs)

Every significant decision gets a numbered ADR. Format: see master-vault/conventions.md § ADR format.

Rules

• Append-only: never rewrite an accepted ADR. If a decision changes, write a new ADR and mark the old one Superseded by ADR-NNN.
• Sequential numbering: NNN-short-slug.md.
• Start from the decision template.
• Every new ADR gets a row in the table here, in the same change.
