Need (what is being asked)

A complete internal website at vanos.tpl.one acting as the transformation’s Mission Control: executive dashboard, roadmap, workstreams, milestones, department status, deliverables, infrastructure and KB progress, risk register, decision log, training calendar, meeting notes, KPI dashboard, process tracker, requirement status, readiness scores, use-case pipeline, agent tracker, budget/offer tracking, board reporting, change-management updates, documentation index, and archive.

Context (why — what problem it solves)

Leadership needs one pane of glass; without it, program status scatters into decks and email, and the CEO-led governance loses its instrument.

Current state (how it is done today)

No project website; status would otherwise live in this vault only.

Success criteria

Live by ~M2 with dashboard/roadmap/risks; renders from this vault (single source of truth, no double bookkeeping); SSO-protected; used in every steering meeting.
