REQ-009 Training and change management program
CEO-led communication, department AI champions, role-based training roadmap, AI usage/prompting guidelines, internal helpdesk, feedback loops — with minimal disruption.
REQ-009 — Training and change management program
Need (what is being asked)
A practical adoption program: CEO-led messaging, department AI champions, a role-based training roadmap (all staff, heads, power users, IT, management), employee onboarding, AI usage policies and prompting guidelines, an internal helpdesk model, feedback loops, adoption KPIs, and explicit resistance management — designed for minimal disruption to daily operations.
Context (why — what problem it solves)
~100 employees with mixed digital comfort; the platform’s value is zero without adoption, and adoption is the top program risk.
Current state (how it is done today)
No AI skills program; training culture to be assessed in discovery.
Success criteria
- ≥80% of target users trained by M10; weekly-active usage targets met (kpi-framework); champion network active in all 15 departments; disruption cap (hours/person/month) respected.
