Company/department/process-level KPIs plus AI-adoption, knowledge-base, automation, infrastructure, training and ROI indicators — baselined in discovery, tracked on Mission Control.
REQ-010 — Measurable KPI and success framework
Need (what is being asked)
The transformation must be measurable end-to-end: KPIs at company, department, and process level, plus AI adoption, knowledge base, automation, infrastructure, training, ROI, productivity, time-saving, quality, customer-service, and management-visibility indicators — each with baseline, targets at M6/M12, owner, and a home on the Mission Control KPI dashboard.
Context (why — what problem it solves)
“AI-first” is only credible if measured; at a 1.5% margin, the board needs hard evidence of payback to sustain investment.
Current state (how it is done today)
Department KPIs partially exist in SoftOne/Excel reports (assumption — to validate); no baseline for AI metrics.
Success criteria
- Baselines captured during discovery (M1–M3); monthly automated KPI refresh on Mission Control from M4; framework reviewed at each quarterly board update.

Framework: kpi-framework; display: mission-control-page-specs; depends on REQ-005, REQ-006.
