Prime Products Ltd's infrastructure as it is today (as-is) — network, servers, workstations, cloud, telephony, backups. To be captured.
03-Infrastructure — Infrastructure (as-is)
What exists at Prime Products Ltd today — captured, not recalled. Needs about the infrastructure (what’s missing, what must change) are not written here — they become REQs in 02-Requirements; this section holds the current reality.
Rule: one file per area (kebab-case, e.g. network.md, servers.md), data_sensitivity: high everywhere, credentials only as 1Password op:// references (vault TBD — until then, no credential is recorded at all).
What remains to be captured (checklist)
- Network — topology, ISP lines, router/firewall, switches, WiFi, VPN (
network.md) - Servers / NAS — what runs where, specs, age, what it hosts (
servers.md) - Workstations — count, OS, age, critical seats (
workstations.md) - Cloud & subscriptions — email, Office/Google, cloud ERP, other SaaS (
cloud-services.md) - Telephony — PBX, lines, company mobiles (
telephony.md) - Printers / peripherals (
printers-peripherals.md) - Backups — what is saved, where, how often, when a restore was last tested (
backups.md) - Physical security / other systems — cameras, alarm, access control (
physical-security.md) - Software licenses — what exists, what expires when (
software-licenses.md)
