• Company profile (company-profile.md) — from public sources; validate in discovery
• Org chart / departments — one file per department when the time comes (department-<slug>.md); first: cylinders
• Key people per department (role, responsibilities, relation to the project)
• Sites / facilities (what runs at each site)

Rule: one concept per file, kebab-case, frontmatter with vault: vanos and data_sensitivity: high (company details are confidential by default).
