08-Transformation — AI-First Transformation Program
CEO-led, company-wide, 12-month program to move Prime Products Ltd to an AI-first operating model: processes redesigned around AI agents, local LLMs on on-prem NVIDIA infrastructure, a company knowledge base in Obsidian, and measurable execution KPIs — with minimal disruption to daily operations. Established by ADR-004; needs are captured as REQs in 02-Requirements (see REQ-001…010).
